Ted Talks
Posted on June 30, 2006
Like many who dabble around the edges of the eclectic convergence of technology and chocolate sauce and have not been willing to cough up the $4,400 to request an invitation, I have never attended the TED Conference. TED is a brainy boullibaise of thought leaders that convenes yearly in Monterey, California for four days of “learning, laughter and inspiration.” Subjects range from technology, business and the environment to arts and design.
But there is hope for us long on curiosity and short on cash. Introducing the TEDtalks podcasts. Watch Al Gore, Ken Robinson, author of Out of our Minds, Learning to Be Creative, and others. Even get a pep talk from toothy Tony Robbins.
