A huge, heavy prayer wheel above Old Town Zhongdian, at the eastern edge of the Tibetan plateau.The Chinese government has officially renamed the city and county Shangri-la, in a move to attract tourists.. This is a frame from an HDTV video we shot there a few weeks ago. We’ll be posting exerpts of the video soon.
